Information on our Booking System

This page explains how our booking and payments system works. It enables Club Members to book Club Night sessions and other events that are hosted by the Club.

Our booking system is provided through WebCollect and making a booking is easy to do, even from a mobile device.

Log on to WebCollect

You should see this screen and be able to enter your details on the left. If you have yet to sign up, follow the instructions to create a new account with WebCollect  and ‘Sign up’ (on the right side of the page).

Enter the Welcome page

You should see the ‘Welcome to Lee Valley Paddlesports Club’ page giving you options for ‘Existing Members’ (‘Renew subscriptions’, ‘Access your account’) and ‘New Members’ (‘Join here’).

You will also see a list of bookable ‘Events’ with each having a selectable option to ‘Book places’.

Click in an event for information on ‘More dates’ or to select the event for the booking of places.

Book a place

When you click the “Book Places” button WebCollect will then give you several options.

Select the slot with the Date and Time you wish to paddle – you can select multiple slots.

Note: Unless booking for a family, please do not increase the total in “number of tickets” beyond 1.

Check out and Pay

Click through to the Checkout and you will see all the sessions you have booked.

You should see some options to pay.

Note: Paying by Cash may not be visible as an option  – No cash is accepted at present.

Pay Via PayPal

The “Enter Payment” button will take you directly to the PayPal check out and allow you to make your payment. You may pay using your PayPal account if you have one, or by credit/debit card.

Note: you do not need to create a PayPal account, however you might find it easier for speedy booking in future.

Turn up to paddle

The Club’s Membership Secretary will be able to see a list of people booked for Club Night (or other events) and check you in as normal at our Club Night reception table upon your arrival. In accordance with COVID 19 risk planning it is important to check in and sign in before getting on the water.
