Terrible and Misleading Hotel

So disappointed! Look at all of the one and two star reviews and beware! They trick you by showing you a resort you will not be staying at. We are in an old, dirty room across the street from the main resort. When we complained we were told it was clear that there are two wings - it’s so obvious they get this complaint all the time. Get ready to cart your bags across a street in stay in a terrible building. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.

This resort is good location, full of facilities and the staffs are friendly. Pool, restaurant, beach bar, pool bar, gym and etc, we can spend our whole day in the resort. The only thing is the breakfast must be improve, they only serve with western food, actually, resort should serve with Thai local food also, as we are in Thailand.

I only had a short overnight stay here but I wish it had been longer. The hotel itself was gorgeous, extremely well appointed with awesome amenities. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful.
