Description
Portalupi Winery Owner and Winemaker, Tim Borges and Sonoma County’s renowned Chef Matt Paille will guide you through a one hour hands on course with several food and wine pairings where you will experience and learn the effect of different flavors with wines.
The goal of a great pairing is to have different flavor profiles combine harmoniously to create an even more delicious and complex flavor combination. We chose a neutrally flavored item, Mascarpone polenta as a blank canvas to combine with certain flavors to help us explore different flavor combinations.
