Hello! The Minnesota Wing of Civil Air Patrol will set up a recruiting booth at the 2019 Minnesota Catholic Home Education Conference (MCHEC) & Curriculum Fair

Fri AFT 31-May: 1500 to 1815 - Booth Setup/Attendant: Engage guests; Pitch CAP
Fri EVE 31-May: 1800 to 2100 - Booth Attendant: Engage guests; Pitch CAP
Sat AM 01-June: 0800 to 1130 - Booth Attendant: Engage guests; Pitch CAP
Sat MID 01-June: 1100 to 1430 - Booth Attendant: Engage guests; Pitch CAP
Sat AFT 01-June: 1400 to 1730 - Booth Attendant/Teardown: Engage guests; Pitch CAP

EXPANDED TASK DESCRIPTION: EXHIBIT BOOTH  ATTENDANT
- Actively engage booth guests in conversations about Civil Air Patrol
- Hand out literature and Assist with answering questions about CAP
- Assist youth guests with AE-themed activities: Paper Rocketry Craft & Flight Simulator

NOTE: The Rocketry & Simulator activities are "kid magnets" that attract youth to the booth! While the youth are building & launching rockets or flying the simulator, engage their chaperones to listen to a pitch about Civil Air Patrol.
CAP Members SHOULD NOT fly the simulator without asking permission from the lead Senior Member on duty!

UNIFORM OF THE DAY
Fri & Sat: Blues (shirt & pants) or Corporate Business (shirt & pants).
Sat teardown: ABU/BDU or Corporate Casual are allowed.
