2020 French Cultures Festival
Each year in March, on the occasion of the Francophonie celebrations, the Cultural Service of the French Embassy in Houston organizes the French Cultures Festival (FCF) in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. As a celebration of the diversity of Francophonie, it brings together people who not only speak French, but also feel, in one way or another, connected to French cultures and the Francophone community.

One of the major objectives of the French Cultures Festival is to create awareness of the diversity of French culture and to stimulate exchanges with the public.

The FCF gathers many institutional partners from museums, universities, schools, diplomatic representations and other organizations. Last year, over 40 cultural and educational events were showcased during the Festival in the three states covered by the Cultural Service.

If you are planning to organize a public event related to French language and/or culture during the month of Francophonie (March  1-31, 2020) and would like to promote it on a large scale, please fill out this 2020 FCF event application.

Please note that the inclusion in the official calendar of events is at the sole discretion of the Cultural Services of the French Embassy. Thank you for your commitment in promoting the French cultures and language!
