Sensational massage and facial
We did the couples package including massage, body scrub and facial treatment. The experience was fantastic and relaxing and a great way to finish our Bali trip! Thank you Artiya and Arti for the fantastic experience, we will certainly recommend Arkipela Spa to our friends and family.

Trying this hotel in Jimbaran area as the location is very strategic. The hotel is quite new. Design is modern. We did the check in with mba oppy. Very nice service indeed. We were given early check in with no husstle since we travel with a 4 year old. Thank you for accomodating

Relaxing, zen experience
My massage was such a beautiful experience right from when I walked in - such a gorgeous zen like spa. Rima was lovely and made my time so relaxing. Pressure was just right and loved the head massage at the end. The ladies on the desk were wonderful when we needed to change our appointment time due to sick children. Thank you.

Amazing Hotel
The hotel is amazing, the massage at the spa is the best with Rina! So relaxing & just the right pressure. The kids love the pool, water slides, kids club and breakfast. It's very family focussed. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything so clean too!
