When you try new things, not all of them work. But if you hadn't tried, how would you know? Which is why I've tried so many things (art student; business owner; metalsmith; lampwork glass artist; painter of houses, fabric and paper; and...ta daah!...writer) and that last one stuck. I love writing, I write every day, up to six hours. I also tried mommying and that was pretty much a success, but that's not in the same category as the other, is it?

Once, I thought I was a romance writer but killed off too many heroines so am now officially a writer of mystery, suspense, and thrillers. My motto is From Cozy to Carnage. I mostly like the carnage end of the spectrum as you'll discover if you read my books.

STILL AT IT

Amazing the curves life throws at you. Amazing what happens after. My "little" sister Barb, after a brave fight with a multitude of respiratory illnesses, gave up the struggle. We were 23 months apart.
