Hello School #33 Families,

We hope you are all safe and well during the shutdown we are experiencing due to COVID-19.

We're asking for YOUR input on how we can improve OUR school together: keeping your children safe, meeting your needs as caregivers, and supporting our whole school community.

We intend for this survey to not take more than 10-15 minutes. There are options for you to skip certain sections if you wish.
