Call for People Interested in a Paid Community Art Mentorship
$25/hr plus transportation supports
Killaloe and area July 26-29 and August 15-19, 2022.

Through the Renfrew County Inquest Public Art Response Project up to 8 people will be hired and mentored to co-lead mosaic making workshops and to support the production of up to 100 small pebble mosaics made by and with community members. This project engages the community during the 2022 Chief Coroner of Ontario’s Inquest into the September 22, 2015 murders of Anastasia Kuzyk, Nathalie Warmerdam, and Carol Culleton in Renfrew County. The mosaics will be installed in Water Tower Park in Barry’s Bay.

Who can apply?
People of all genders, ages 16 and older.
Equity-seeking groups including Indigenous people, people of colour, disabled/disability identified people, people who are d/Deaf, LGBTQ2S and non-binary people, women, and those who have been impacted by gender-based violence strongly encouraged to apply. No prior experience is necessary.
