The Immigrant Youth Committee is committed to amplifying the voice of immigrant youth in San Mateo County and ensuring immigrant youth are supported. Project areas have included:
- Creating a report on sanctuary jurisdictions and what it would mean for San Mateo County to become one
- Crafted a resolution to the Board of Supervisors to recommending adoption of Indigenous Peoples' Day as an honorary day
- Provide the Immigrant Youth Scholarship to two youth in the county

The Environmental Justice Committee arose from the previous Environmental Protection Committee. The goal of this committee is to collaborate with community and county partners to spread the word about our county's abundant natural areas and ensure access to them. Project areas have included:
- Bee the Change Event in Edgewood Park to educate the public on the importance of honeybee conservation
- Working with the San Mateo County Office of Education to promote its Environmental Literacy Program
- Working with the San Mateo County Parks Department and Commission to promote youth use of county parks

- Implementing a mentorship program for young women in San Mateo County

The Education & Economic Development Committee aims to bridge the gaps between educational and economic opportunities for youth and children in San Mateo County.

The Health & Wellness Committee centers its efforts on the state of youth mental and physical health in the county including alcohol, tobacco, and other drug education. Project areas have included:
- Collaborating with San Mateo Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) on a large-scale marijuana education campaign including surveyings, data collection, focus groups, and a town hall
-  In partnership with BHRS, crafted Social Host Ordinance to reduce underage drinking and the Board of Supervisors adopted recommended ordinance.
