Cancellation Policy For Camps: A $35 Registration Fee, included in the tuition, is non-refundable.
Full refunds (after deducting the registration fee of $35) will be given until 2 weeks before the start date.
A 75% refund (after deducting the registration fee of $35) will be given until one week before the start date.
A 50% refund (after deducting the registration fee of $35) will be given if you cancel 6 days before start date.
No refunds will be made once the class starts.
Each registration cancellation will incur a $35 cancellation fee (per camp and per camper) to cover administrative and credit-card fees. There are no exceptions.
All cancellation notices must be submitted via email.
It is camp policy that no refunds will be made in connection with late arrivals, early withdrawals, a camper not liking their camp’s theme, or camp dismissals due to misconduct. Missed days of camp are not refunded or transferred (e.g. missed a day and want to come back next week for a day. However, we will do our best to provide you with any materials missed, when applicable).

Full refunds will be given if written notice is received no later than one week prior to session start date.
A 50% refund will be given if written notice is received less than a week of session start date.
No refunds will be given once the class starts.

Cancellation requests due to illness or accident prior to the camp session start date require a physician's written verification. Upon receipt of verification, we will issue a full refund of tuition paid (not including the registration fee). Cancellations due to personal reasons, etc. will not receive a refund. Students who leave during a session will not receive a refund, regardless of circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel a session date if participation numbers are not adequate. In the event of cancelled course, you will be notified two days prior to the camp start date. You may select an alternative session date, or you may request a full refund.
