We’re a Charity supporting Cystic Fibrosis Patients in England and Wales, we’re looking for Cyclists to help raise awareness so that our charity Cystic Fibrosis Care can continue providing patients with vital support through these difficult times.
 
Virtual Challenge:
- Set a target distance to complete, choose a day or week (or the month) for your challenge, indoors or outdoors as a team or individually. Find out more below

Raise awareness:
- spread awareness about your involvement on Social Media using #Cycle4CF and our posters attached.  Follow us on Instagram @CF_Care

Help us raise funds
- Fundraise for a target amount in June or donate via JustGiving (minimum £5 per cyclist) to take part.

IMPORTANT: Please remember social distancing, if you cycle outside this must be classed as your daily exercise alone or with someone living with you and do not leave the house if you think you have the virus.
