We accept only LIKE-NEW condition fashion wearables for women, men and children that are in PERFECT CONDITION- clothes, shoes, jewelry, handbags & purses, sunglasses, scarves & shawls, ties, wallets, belts, etc. We can take low budget, high-budget and unbranded pieces. *

We can take not less than 5 pieces at a time (the more pieces, the better!), and original price of the pieces should be at least Rs 300. *
The condition of pieces should be checked closely, including threadballs, thread pulls and wear-and-tear prone areas like underarms and inseam below zip of pants, embroidery, buttons and hems/borders. We CANNOT take pieces that are faded, torn, stained or otherwise show signs of wear. Please do check the condition of your items closely. *
We cannot take undergarments, decor, toys, books, and any other item that is not a fashion wearable. *
All pieces you send may not be sellable - our trained quality-control team may find issues that you have missed. Please proceed only if you are comfortable with this! *
If any pieces are not sellable, do you want to cover the courier cost for them to be returned to you? *

Prices will be set by Dolce Vee. While we strive to list pieces as the highest price we find viable, please note that buyers expect heavy discounts over original MRPs for secondhand items, since new items are routinely available at huge discounts. Below is a reference table for estimated pricing you can expect. *

For all sales that occur, 70% of the proceeds net of GST, to-and-fro shipping costs and specialty servicing required, if any, will be available to be transferred to your bank account by the 20th date of each month for all items sold two calendar months prior, to allow time for processing and returns. The rest helps cover overheads and logistics including photography, website uploads and management, online server hosting, online payment gateway fees, packaging, advertising for the sale of items, warehousing, customer service, shipping and processing of returns, etc. Below in an example of how the payout is calculated. *

To ensure we are on the same page, the detailed terms of setup are listed here. If you would like to proceed, please mark "Agreed' below. We are able to sell like-new fashion wearables. Since these items will be sold, we are unable to take items that are torn, stained, have threadballs, etc or that have any manufacturing irregularities, and we are unable to take pieces for which the original price was under Rs 300. We do not accept items containing real animal fur. We also cannot take merchandise affiliated with organizations like corporate tshirts, school sports jerseys etc., or independent pieces from sets without the other set items from the set, like a churidar or dupatta that cannot be paired easily with other items. Please inspect your items closely before sending them to us! If you send us photos at any point, please note that issues are not always visible clearly/closely enough in photos. Sending us unsellable items can reduce your payout as shipping costs increase accordingly, and can take an environmental toll because of the extra packaging and shipping weight involved in transporting! In case items with any such defects are sent to us such that they cannot be sold as-is, or that the servicing required to make them sale-worthy would make it not viable for us to sell while giving you a payout, if you have opted to cover the return courier cost above, we will send you a payment link via email for the cost of the courier for the items to be sent back to you, and such defects may be noticed during any time of the consignment period. In case the remaining sellable products are less than 5 pieces, the return courier cost will also include the pickup cost, as the sale of the remaining pieces may not then cover the pickup cost independently depending on your items, so please do ensure the requirement of minimum 5 like-new fashion wearables is met. Since we are unable to store items for extended time periods, if this payment is not completed within a 7 calendar days, the title and ownership of the items with defects will transfer to us, and we will endeavour to make as much use from them as possible to keep the life of material extended. Personal pickup of unsellable items is not possible, as pieces may be sent to different locations for processing - hence the courier cost for the return must be paid within the given timeline. Additional photographs or product information cannot be individually requested in order to limit processing costs, so that your payout can be as high as possible - so please do closely check the condition of your pieces before sending them, as unsellable pieces and pieces requiring servicing cannot be separately logged by us. If you have opted for us to book a pickup on your behalf, please note that courier companies do not guarantee any specific date or time for pickup. To sell your secondhand items through our platform, you hereby appoint us as your agent to collect, inspect, process and hold the items until they are ready for sale. As your agents, we will also check the items for sale-readiness. After the items are checked and ready to be sold, they will be listed for sale. When the items sell, they will be sold by us directly, so your name would not appear on the invoice to the buyer. Once the items are listed for sale, we can hold them for a period of six months, and we will be unable to return them before this time due to sales processes that may have been initiated. The rest helps cover overheads and logistics including photography, website uploads and management, online server hosting, online payment gateway fees, packaging, advertising for the sale of items, warehousing, customer service etc. In case any of your items remain unsold beyond a period of 6 months from the date when your completed lot was listed for sale, we will send you a payment link via email for the cost of the courier for the items to be sent back to you. Since six months is the legal limit for which we can hold your items for sale, if this payment is not completed within 7 calendar days, the title and ownership of the unsold items will transfer to us, and we will endeavour to make as much use from them as possible to keep the life of material extended.  You confirm and warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that all items sent are originals - we do not accept any fake/replica items of brands. We engage various reliable and reputed couriers to pack, handle, pick up and deliver the items. Nevertheless, in the unlikely event of loss or damage to any items while in transit, we will endeavour to recover the value of goods lost/damaged from the service providers and pass this on to you. Since even the leading service providers do not guarantee full compensation for items lost/damaged in transit, we are unable to pass on this assurance to you. You may also choose to send us your items yourself. You entrust and appoint Dolce Vee as your agent to check the condition of each item, and we have a trained team to closely check every aspect of the condition of the piece under optimal lighting, etc. Hence, we may find flaws that make the pieces unsellable or require payable specialty servicing, that may not be seen by you. The salability and price will be affected by the product condition and alterations, and you agree to accept Dolce Vee's assessment of the salability and price once the products are received by Dolce Vee. We provide a platform for the sale of secondhand items of individuals. In case you are supplying clothes to us in the nature of a business transaction or occupation, you confirm that all related legal compliances will be borne by you. All correspondences will be via email from hello@dolcevee.com, so if you are sharing any information or actions pertaining to the Consignment Agreement, please do so on our continuing email chain because communications from other modes are not synced for processing clarity.
