FREE CEUs FOR ILLINOIS SOCIAL WORKERS, PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS, AND CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS

FAN is partnering with Compass Health Center to offer Continuing Education Units (CEU) for Illinois Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Illinois Licensed Social Workers (LSW), Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Illinois Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Illinois Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC), and Licensed Clinical Psychologists (Ph.D. and Psy.D.).

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE CEU CREDITS TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE SIX CATEGORIES LISTED ABOVE.

All participants must pre-register to this event in the fields provided below. Participants who do not pre-register will not be eligible to receive a certificate. NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL BE ALLOWED. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 5:00 PM ON APR. 9 IN ORDER TO PROCESS REGISTRANTS PRIOR TO THE APR. 10 MORNING START TIME.

At the event, pre-registered participants will receive a CEU evaluation form to be completed, and each will receive a free copy of Mr. Quinones' book "Dreamland: The True Tale of America's Opiate Epidemic ," courtesy of Compass Health Center.

At the end of an event, participants will return their completed CEU evaluation form, sign next to their pre-registered information, and will receive a certificate of completion. EVALUATION FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT THE END OF THE EVENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE CEU CERTIFICATE.

Participants are eligible for 1.5 CEUs.
