We understand that many people lead very busy lives and are not always on hand to assist their loved ones. This is where we can help!

Rebetzin Diane Stollard, our caring coordinator of the Synagogue's kindness and outreach programs, is now available to provide care, and compassion through visits, assistance with appointments, and/or phone calls, to your loved one/s.

Diane speaks both English and Hebrew fluently, and has been employed with the Sassoon Yehuda Sephardi Synagogue for almost one year.

I understand that there is a minimum booking of 2 hours. *

I understand that all bookings must be paid upfront, and also approved by the President of Sassoon Yehuda Sephardi Synagogue.

I understand that there is no booking fee but the cost is $65/hour (min 2 hours) which includes a petrol allowance, and insurance, for Diane.

I understand that Diane provides companionship, and does not perform any cleaning or household duties. And she is unable to assist where there is any heavy lifting involved eg: a wheelchair (however, walkers are fine). *

I understand that if my loved one lives more than 10 kilometres from South Caulfield, there will be an additional charge of $5/hour to cover petrol expenses. *

I understand bookings are not available on Shabbat or a Jewish Festival/Chag. *
