2017 Swing Fore! Seniors Golf Tournament

On Tuesday, November 14, 2017, friends and supporters will take a swing to end senior hunger in the greater Atlanta region.  Be a part of this fun event and support Senior Connections, a non-profit charity that, for four decades, has helped seniors live independently, safe in their homes, through Meals On Wheels, in-home care, home repair and health and wellness programs.
