Donors are the lifeblood of the Rockland Pride community. With your support, the Pride Center provides life-saving, change-making work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. From training and advocacy to supporting youth, the Rockland Pride Center is focused and creative in meeting the varied needs of LGBTQ+ people and their families.

In this moment of crisis, Pride Center staff members are working from home and going out into the community (following proper social distancing protocols) 7 days a week to provide supplies and support to help people get through this crisis.

Rockland County Pride Center staff are in constant communication with people in the community. The needs we are hearing are varied and profound.

In a few short days, the Pride Center has already provided:

• Grocery delivery for people and their families facing food insecurity
• Personalized services to help socially isolated people cope
• Prepaid phone cards to keep people connected
• Pharmacy delivery to ensure access to medications
• School and craft supplies to support families with children

As more people are affected by COVID-19/Coronavirus closures, we expect the need for material support to increase dramatically.
