The parent of Cheyenne-based Corral West Ranchwear has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and a portion of its stores has been sold.
Corral West, which operates a handful of Colorado stores, is owned by Dallas-based BTWW Retail. BTWW filed for bankruptcy in Texas last month.
The company owns Corral West, Boot Town, Sergeant’s Western World, Western Warehouse and Workwear Depot stores.
Boot Barn Holding Corp. purchased 22 BTWW stores and will rename them Boot Barn.
