PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED FOR THIS ACTIVITY: During registration, we will ask for your personal details and contact information, such as but not limited to, name, gender, age, nationality, address, email address, mobile number, institution and address, and dietary restriction.

PURPOSE: Your personal data will be used only for the documentation and reporting purposes. The pictures and videos collected during the activity may be used for promotional and marketing purposes of subsequent training and activities conducted by UNILAB FOUNDATION.
AUTHORIZED ACCESS: All copies or records of the data collected in this activity will be accessible only by the employees and staff of Unilab Foundation.

RETENTION: Personal data collected for this activity will be retained by Unilab Foundation within 5 years from the date of activity. Thereafter, copies where the personal information are contained in Unilab Foundation’s possession will be disposed of securely. However, ULF reserves the right to retain the personal data collected for historical and statistical purposes.
