I do hereby consent to the use by Nu Skin International Inc. and its affiliates, and their successors and assigns (collectively “Nu Skin”), of my photograph(s), testimonials, interviews and/or statements (whether by film or audio recording) for marketing and/or promotional purposes, without expectation of compensation, now or in the future.

 

I hereby release and discharge Nu Skin, its officers, directors, employees and agents, and their successors and, third-party partners (including any agency, client, broadcaster, periodical or other publication) from any and all claims, causes of action and demands arising out of or resulting from the use of the Materials, including but not limited to any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy. 

 

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect, review or approve the Materials.
