Thank you for your interest in our free “office hours” for small businesses at the Northeastern University School of Law - Community Business Clinic (“CBC”). Services are provided by law students under faculty supervision. To sign-up for a free 30 minute appointment, please complete the questionnaire below. A client must electronically sign a retainer agreement before our appointment. By signing the agreement, you are agreeing that our service will only last for the time of the appointment. We cannot make any commitment to helping you after our appointment. We will try to answer your questions as best we can during the appointment. If we don’t have the answer, we will try to give you helpful referrals. After the call, a law student may follow up with additional information.

Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will receive an email with two links: (1) a Calendly link to schedule your help desk appointment and (2) a google form link with the limited representation retainer agreement for your signature.

This appointment is free and there is no fee associated with the retainer agreement. Clients are responsible for any outside costs such as government fees.
