"Federal courts enjoy the sole power to interpret the law, determine the constitutionality of the law, and apply it to individual cases. The courts, like Congress, can compel the production of evidence and testimony through the use of a subpoena. The inferior courts are constrained by the decisions of the Supreme Court — once the Supreme Court interprets a law, inferior courts must apply the Supreme Court's interpretation to the facts of a particular case." - White House

"Murder is the unlawful killing, with malice aforethought, of another human, and generally this premeditated state of mind distinguishes murder from other forms of unlawful homicide (such as manslaughter). A person who commits murder is called a murderer."   Dear Mr. President and other decision makers of the State, please investigate the beating death of Mr. Kelly Thomas as an Federal case and bring his murderers to Justice.

As in the Case of Mr. Kelly Thomas. As you may know, his murderers have since gone free. Acquitted of all criminal charges and have faced no punishment or retribution for their acts, and we believe the lower courts decision should be reversed. We believe that the malice and indifference shown clearly on video, used by the officers in question, deserve the attention and resources of the United States Federal Government and that no other court or governing body has jurisdiction to prosecute this case other than the Federal Government. We believe that the level of abuse in this case warrants a federal case for capitol criminal charges.   We hold our public servants, officials, and all those in the public light to the most highest or standards. This case should be no exception. We believe the following federal case law has governing authority in this occasion; 18 U.S.C. 2340a, 18 U.S.C. 241, 18 U.S.C. 242, 18 U.S.C. 245, 18 U.S.C. 247, 18 U.S.C. 1111 there any criminal proceedings brought before any court other than the federal courts that are responsible for hearing capital cases is unjust and unconstitutional.   We implore you to support the investigation by Federal prosecutors in to the beating and murder of Kelly Thomas. We implore Federal prosecutors to seek indictment of those involved, and to bring Kelly Thomas’s murderers to justice. We ask that Federal prosecutors have the courage to address the terrible wrong done to Mr. Thomas and his family, and the equal wrong done to the citizens of the United States of America when faced with lethal police brutality which goes unanswered and unpunished. We, as citizens and as human beings, are utterly appalled by the brutal beating of Kelly Thomas, who throughout the ordeal apologized, pleaded, called out for his father and expressed his belief that he was indeed being killed. We are horrified by the lack of mercy, lack of decency and lack of honor displayed by sworn law enforcement officers in the horrific video of the brutalization of Mr. Thomas. Adding insult to injury Mr. Thomas’s murderers have been found not guilty of their crimes, despite the video and audio record of their actions, leading most reasonable people to believe that our justice system is completely and perhaps hopelessly corrupt, that there is no justice and that the police now have permission to beat and kill whomever they choose. Mr. President, please do not allow this brutal act to further weigh on the conscience of our nation. Please act now to right this terrible injustice.  Thank You Sincerely, We The People.    Donate Visit Us on Facebook Web   Handouts:   Video:      Thanks to everyone for all the support so far.
