About requirement
We are seeking a driven and meticulous Junior Business Analyst with an engineering background to
join our team at a prominent US-based healthcare product company. As a Junior Business Analyst,
you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting business data to provide valuable insights that
support strategic decision-making. To excel in this position, you should possess fundamental SQL
skills and be proficient in utilizing Microsoft Suite to extract, manipulate, and present data in a clear
and concise manner. Familiarity with tools like API (Postman), any reporting tool, and basic coding will
be a valuable asset in maximizing your impact on the team.

Post / Role : Jr. System Analyst (Business Analyst) (Techno-Functional role) 
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication (in English).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including analytical, organizational, and issue resolution.
• Ability to organize, self-manage, follow through, and coordinate for prioritization.
• Good problem-solving skills and demonstrating a keen interest in and affinity to technology.
Knowledge Base:
• Solid foundational knowledge of basic SQL concepts and the ability to write and execute simple SQL queries.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and expand skill set.
Key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Utilize basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases to support various business initiatives.
• Employ API testing tools like Postman to interact with and understand data flow between different software systems and assist the development team by creating mapping documents.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist in the documentation of business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to gather insights and contribute to discussions related to business analysis.
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand project goals and deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business analysis.
