Jesse Birchfield, A.C.E. and N.A.S.M. certified personal trainer, demonstrates
how just four kettlebell exercises give you a fun, fast-paced, full-body
workout you can do at home with minimal equipment. Reap the benefits of strength training even if you can't go to the gym.
Jesse will coach participants in four fundamental strength-building exercises, with an emphasis on safety and proper form.
All necessary equipment (weights) will be provided.
The workshop is beginner-friendly and suitable for all skill levels. Anyone may attend, but children under 16, pregnant women, people with musculoskeletal injuries, recent surgeries, heart and lung conditions, etc., and anybody deemed unready at the coach's discretion will be asked not to participate in weightlifting.
UASRA is not responsible for any damage caused during the activity. All participants must sign a waiver form before the event.
