WHY IT WORKS: Sana Keefer of Pip & Estella layers textures and boldly mixes new pieces with vintage finds, creating a grounded living room that oozes style.

This project is called Boho House. It’s an ode to bohemian-style living. It merges serious-feeling one-of-a-kind vintage and antiques with playful positioning: layered angled rugs, overflowing flowers, frames of varying sizes and pillows tossed about.

As an interior stylist, I am always looking for accessories that tie all of the elements together. west elm’s Kantha Quilted Pillows are practical in ‘real’ life because the inserts are removable, which means you can mix and match within rooms when it’s time for a change.
