BOOKMATCH Form for Middle and Upper Grades
At the start of the year, Mr. Toner introduced you to BOOKMATCH, a way of looking at the kinds of things you read.  He passed out bookmarks to every student that had the nine areas.  This is an electronic version of that bookmark.  When you submit this form, it will be sent to Mr. Toner.

Answers should come in the form of complete sentences.  If the responses are too brief (i.e., two or three words), the entry will be rejected.

If you are doing this for extra credit, each submission will count as a 10% increase in your lowest grade on an assignment this quarter.

FAQ

Q: Do I have to do this with a library book I checked out of the School Library?

A:  No!  In fact, it doesn't have to be a book.  It could be a magazine.  What we're really looking at is what you choose to read, and why you choose to read it.
