Certified yoga instructor Jacquie Tamman will lead the class in an open-level yoga class with asanas (poses) corresponding to the seven chakras located in our bodies. Chakras are complex energy channels in our body where life force is believed to move. These spinning energy circles can influence our physical and emotional well being. We will also enjoy some essential oils and chocolates! Please wear comfortable work-out attire and bring a yoga mat. If you don't have a yoga mat, please bring a large beach towel. Water and a hand towel are also suggested. Sneakers, socks or bare feet are encouraged! Please arrive by 6:45pm to sign in, find a spot for your mat and get settled.
