A charming one-hour ferryboat ride from the mainland takes you to La Diamantina, or the little diamond. This 150-year-old house is a charming four-bedroom, three-bathroom house with full amenities, conveniently located directly behind shops and restaurants on the port of Giglio. It is a two story house, with two bedrooms on the main floor, two on the second floor, and a large private garden.

The house can be rented in its entirety, or the two levels can be rented separately, with private entrances for both.

Amenities

The house sleeps eight comfortably. Four bedrooms: two matrimonial with queen-size beds, and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The spacious living room and dining room with fireplace, featured in the above picture, is perfect for entertaining and dining a large group. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and is well lighted.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, traditional oven and toaster. It is provided with all the essential needs for creating a memorable culinary experience.

Area heaters are available in the house for the winter months, and the fireplace is functional. Linens are supplied for each room, including sheets, beach towels, house towels and comforters both for intermediate seasons and winter months.

A 30-second walk to groceries, bakery, shops and restaurants on the port. The best "gelateria" ice-cream parlor on the island is just outside the door! A two-minute walk to bus and private van service to beaches and other hamlets of the island.
