Civil Rights Movement Trip
Saturday, October 26, 2019 to Saturday, November 2, 2019 - All Day
Journey to Birmingham, Montgomery, and Selma, Alabama, and Jackson, Mississippi, to learn the history of the civil rights movement. Bond with participants and ancestors as we hear powerful stories of the freedom struggle for African Americans and are inspired by resilient heroes. Worship at 16th Baptist Church in Birmingham, where a bomb killed four girls. Visit museums, walk across the Edmund Pettus Bridge, and share in daily reflection and prayer. (Airfare is in addition to cost listed.)

Age range: intergenerational. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
In addition to completing this online registration, payment of the deposit is required at the time of application.
