Data Teams

A strong team using real time data moves learning! Come learn a data team process which your team can utilize as you examine pre and post test data unit by unit on your students. Know how to talk as a team and use processes that move your work forward. A 6 step process will be taught: chart your data, set a grade level smart goal, analyze your data, choose instructional strategies, set result indicators, and monitor. Each step will be reviewed and examples provided. Several different forms will be shared so your team can choose the one which works for them to record their work and thinking. This training would be ideal for team leaders, building principals, and whole teams.
