Introductory Session about Dyslexia

All Missouri educators are invited to join us for an introductory session on dyslexia. In response to changes within our state, this workshop is designed to provide information for educators as they support students with dyslexia. Discussion will include the myths related to dyslexia, characteristics, a simulation, aspects of screening, and important instructional components. Kim Stuckey, DESE Director of Dyslexia, will provide an update for Missouri districts. Additional training dates will be posted after the first of the year. Lunch will be on your own.
