Career Prep Facilitator

The Career Prep Facilitator is responsible for curriculum development and workshop facilitation of this project. This includes grade-level appropriate career exploration and personal development workshops for students. He/she will create objective-driven, student-focused lessons, including the use of hands-on, engaging learning techniques. The Career Prep Facilitator, in conjunction with all other staff members, will enforce a program-wide classroom management plan to ensure an organized, safe, and learning-centered environment.
