• Delivery

  Can I Click & Collect with Goldsmiths?

  Yes, when you order online you can Click & Collect for free from your choice of over 100 Goldsmiths stores. Your order will usually be delivered to store in 1-3 days and you’ll be notified when it’s ready to collect. You’ll need to take your order confirmation email, the card you paid with and some photo ID when you collect your order and, for security reasons, it’s not possible to send anyone else to collect it on your behalf.

  How much is delivery?

   

  You don’t usually have to pay for delivery when you shop with Goldsmiths. You’ll get free express delivery on all items that are in stock and ordered by 9pm. If your item is eligible for this, Goldsmiths will let you know when you checkout. If your item isn’t eligible for free express delivery, you’ll get free standard delivery which takes 5-7 days.

  What's the Goldsmiths Price Match Promise?

  The Price Match Promise means that Goldsmiths will match the price of any of their jewellery or watches that are advertised for sale at a lower price elsewhere. The item must be identical and offered for sale by a national authorised stockist which has high street stores, so it doesn’t apply to online-only retailers.

  If you’re purchasing online you’ll need to submit all the relevant details along with a screenshot if you’ve found the cheaper item online. It may take up to 48 hours to verify the price match and your Goldsmiths purchase must then be made within 7 days.

  Can I use my Tesco Clubcard Reward Vouchers to shop at Goldsmiths?

  You absolutely can! Goldsmiths and Tesco work together to enable you to use your Tesco Clubcard points to purchase items from your local Goldsmiths showrooms. Some terms and conditions apply but you can convert your Clubcard points into Goldsmiths reward vouchers. You’ll need to visit the Goldsmiths page on the Tesco Clubcard website.

• Returns

  Can I get a refund from Goldsmiths?

  That depends on what you’ve ordered. Items that have been engraved or personalised can’t be returned, and earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. Otherwise, refunds can be requested within 14 days of dispatch and exchanges can be made within 30 days. You can return your order to a Goldsmiths store or you can download a returns form from the Goldsmiths website and send your order back via Royal Mail.

  Is there a guarantee on diamonds?

  Yes! You’ve put a ring on it, Goldsmiths want you to love that diamond for a long time - which is why they commit to a ten year promise where they’ll inspect and clean your diamond every year, totally free! In terms of the quality of your diamond, this is also guaranteed against flaws and workmanship, subject to an annual inspection.

  Does Goldsmiths do gift wrapping?

  Yes, for a small extra charge per item, Goldsmiths will wrap it in luxury paper and finish with a pretty bow. When you’re ordering online, but you want to have a look before you give your gift away, you can choose to have the gift wrapping enclosed separately.
