• Delivery

  Is there free shipping on furniture?

  If your order is over £500, you'll have to pay a £25 delivery cost. For orders under £500, the price is just £15. For selected home accessories and small items, delivery is £4.95 on orders under £50 and free for orders over this amount.

  How do I click and collect my Habitat order?

  Now you have Argos and Sainsbury’s stores to collect from, the options are huge! Here’s how to utilise this convenient - and free - service.
  
  You’ll be promoted to pick a collection point which could be an Argos store, a collection point at Sainsbury’s or an Argos store within a Sainsbury’s supermarket. Pick the closest to you that has the item in stock. This will be indicated at the checkout.
  Pay, preferably with a Habitat voucher code used as well.
  You’ll receive a text or email with a collection code which you will need later.
  Collect your order when it is ready and show your code.
  If you can’t get there straight away, don’t worry, your item will be held for 7 days, which can be extended from within your account area.

  What does selected items mean?

  You will most likely see the phrase ‘selected items’ or ‘selected orders’ in relation to a discount code, a deal or a sale. It means that not every single product either in a category or in general is eligible for the discount or offer. So if there was an offer for 30% off selected garden furniture, some of the items will be discounted at 30% off and others may be full price or discounted further because they are sale items.   Can I use a combination of Habitat discount codes and card payments?

  Of course! Start by adding your Habitat voucher code when you get to the payment page of your order. Then pay the remaining balance using your payment method of choice. Your confirmation email will list all promotions and codes used.

  Can I make changes to my order?

  Possibly, it depends on how far along the fulfilment process it is. Contact the customer services team on 0345 640 2020 to talk about any changes you need to make but be advised that this will likely delay your delivery.

• Gift Card

  Can I use a gift card online?

  At the moment no, gift cards can only be used in-store at Habitat flagship shops in London or in mini Habitat in selected Sainsbury's stores.
