As cultural issues and differences are highlighted in our media and political landscapes, how do we talk to our children- and teach them to talk to others- about these differences? How do we start these conversations when we may not always agree with or understand the perspectives of those we interact with? How do we help our children move beyond our differences and find common ground with those around them? As parents and caregivers, how can we navigate these challenges, lead with our hearts, and teach our children respect, kindness, and humility, so that they may succeed now and in the future?
Join Dr. Knight and other parents and caregivers as we learn about parental humility and bridging the cultural divide by having the courage to engage in Humble Conversations. Session three of this three-part interactive workshop series will be Wednesday, March 13th from 6:00-7:30 PM at the Olmsted Falls Middle School Media Center. Please register below to attend part two of this special program. Missed part one or two? No problem! ALL ARE WELCOME TO JOIN US! Adults only, please. If you need childcare, please let us know. Thank you!
