Campsite Rentals

Ingersoll Cheese and Agriculture Museum Campsites. We are pleased to offer online campsite bookings. Campsites may be reserved for a maximum of seven consecutive nights followed by at least 48 hours off property. Payment is required at time of booking. Rates are as follows:

  • RV Sites - $35.00 per night plus tax
  • Tent Sites - $25.00 per night plus tax

Payment is required at time of booking. Online payment is accepted via the following card types: Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Cash payments are no longer being collected at the Cheese Museum. Should you have any questions, please contact our team.

Pavilion Rentals

Discover the perfect venue for your next event with one of our Pavilion rentals! Whether it's a wedding, corporate meeting, or social gathering, our pavilions offer a practical and stylish space.

Insurance

Thank you for expressing interest in renting one of our Park Pavilions. Before finalizing any facility rental request, it is mandatory to provide proof of insurance. The COI must explicitly designate The Town of Ingersoll as an additional insured entity, with coverage extending to 5 million dollars.

Please note the specific insurance requirements as follows:

  1. Liability Insurance Coverage: Prospective rental applicants are required to provide liability insurance coverage to protect themselves and the Town of Ingersoll against any financial impact of claims associated with the use of the rental facility.
  2. Insurance Purpose: The insurance policy aims to protect facility users from potential financial liabilities arising from claims during their activity/event on the rented premises.
  3. Insurance Provider Options: Prospective rental applicants have the option to obtain the required liability insurance through any insurance provider of their choosing. The Town of Ingersoll has implemented the option to receive an online quote and purchase insurance through our booking software.
  4. Submission of Certificate of Insurance: Once insurance has been purchased, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted to jaime.hutchison@ingersoll.ca for confirmation. This confirmation ensures compliance with our insurance requirements.
  5. Deadline for Insurance Purchase: Insurance must be purchased at least one week before the rental date to allow for processing and confirmation by the Town.
    Failure to adhere may result in the cancellation or postponement of your rental booking. If you have any questions or require assistance regarding insurance coverage, please contact jaime.hutchison@ingersoll.ca

  • Navigate to "My Account."
  • Select the "History" tab.
  • Ensure that "Facility Bookings" is chosen.
  • Locate the invoice requiring insurance.
  • Click the green gear icon in the Function column and select "Edit."
  • If it's your first time purchasing Duuo insurance, await an Account Activation email from Duuo (please refrain from opening it until you've completed your insurance purchase).
  • The Duuo Insurance screen will appear, prompting you to answer a few additional questions before completing your purchase.
  • If the Duuo Insurance pop-up doesn't appear automatically, scroll down to find the blue "Purchase Insurance" option within the Event Insurance section of your invoice. Answer any additional questions and proceed with your purchase.
