launched in 2016, The League of Extraordinary Young People (LEXY) Organisation presents Inspire Africa Programme for young Africans; Inspire Africa is a 100% Pan Africa institute focused on delivering a curated entrepreneurship & leadership education on Human-centred design (Design thinking), business know-how, leadership development, and team building for young African citizens. We plan to expose African youth to innovative thinking process which we hope will help frame innovative business development concept to the socio-economic and cultural context of Africa.


The Inspire Africa Programme for young women and men in management, entrepreneurship and public service is a 2-week rigorous practical training/workshop, that helps young women and men of African Descent aged between 18 – 35 years to gain access to Life and professional skills, Career Guidance, Knowledge, mentorship, and international Networks to meet their personal goals and aspirations while effectively contributing in Africa's Development. we provide a robust package of vital entrepreneurial and leadership insights; tailored mentorship from industry leaders prepare fellows and their businesses or NGO’s to become investment ready and worthy; and most importantly accepted fellows receive tailored attention to advancing their businesses or organisation. Fellows will be well equipped with insights and skills to raise funding and in-kind support for their ventures and will be super charged both to acquire requisite entrepreneurial best practices and leadership insights that guarantee they take a quantum leap in their businesses and careers.
