Job and Career Fair Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in participating in the annual Simi Valley Job and Career Fair.  This FREE event is being presented by the City of Simi Valley Youth Employment Service (YES) and Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Simi Valley Public Library, located at 2969 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley, CA 93063.

Please complete the information below to reserve your free table (space includes 6ft table, 2 chairs, disposable tablecloth (if needed) and name tent.  Access to electricity is limited and must be requested in advance).
