The Vote For Homes Coalition is a nonpartisan advocacy effort focuses on the issues of affordable housing, living-wage jobs, and quality services in local, state, and federal elections. Since 1999, Vote For Homes has registered and mobilized over 18,000 voters.
With both the 2020 U.S. Census and Presidential Election taking place this year, it is very important that we do all that we can to help educate, empower, and mobilize ourselves and members of our communities to make sure their voices are heard. We must ensure that our communities have access to affordable, quality, and comprehensive care through programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, and SNAP. Making it difficult to obtain a basic need such as healthcare contributes to the cycle of poverty and homelessness.
