Greetings from Stonyhurst Southville!
Stonyhurst Southville International School - Malarayat Campus will start planning and processing the school’s official yearbook, The Kings’ Chronicles, for Academic Year 2023-2024. The yearbook aims to preserve school memories for graduating students (Senior Kinder, Grade 6 and Grade 12) and their families through student portraits and highlights of the year.
The Graduation and Yearbook photoshoot is scheduled on April 4-5, 2024. Your child’s individual schedule will be given in a separate email. The students are required to have their graduation and creative photos taken (with consideration to students who are abroad during the photoshoot schedule), and to complete the yearbook write-ups as part of the year-end clearance for graduation.
Here are a few notes regarding the 2024 Yearbook:
Write-Ups and Messages. Students and parents can now access the online write-up system, https://bit.ly/kingschronicles All write-ups must be accomplished on or before March 29, 2024. Students who fail to accomplish the write-ups will not be allowed to join the photo sessions. We highly encourage parents & students to double-check the write-ups/messages before submission, and to submit accurate and error-free information, especially in the student's profile.
Yearbook Fee. The Yearbook Fee is included in the students' assessment of fees upon enrolment. Thus, all graduating students will receive one (1) printed copy of the yearbook.
Yearbook Terms and Conditions - The Yearbook Committee reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of the content/ write-up at any time; especially during the draft stage where copyreading, corrections and revisions happen.
- The Yearbook Committee also reserves the right to choose the creative photos to be included in the students' creative page.
- Students and parents will be asked to choose one formal graduation photo (for printing and framing) from the raw shots taken, during the scheduled photo shoot. The parent will also be asked by the supplier to sign as proof that they personally chose the photo to be printed and framed.
- Students who will not be able to complete the grade level (SK, Grade 6, and 12) in Stonyhurst Southville International School - Malarayat will not be included in the final printed yearbook, regardless if they have attended the photo shoot.
