One day I looked in the mirror, realized I had gained over 20 pounds, my joints hurt so bad I could barely walk without pain - and I wasn't even 40, so I decided to make a change.

It took me a few years of trial and error, and countless hours in the gym not getting results to finally learn what works vs the gimmicks . After finally transforming my own body, I decided to switch careers and dedicated my life to helping other tech professionals transform their bodies through a simple, yet sustainable nutrition and fitness system.
