Executive Summary: The Special Use Permit Application is intended to legalize the existing and proposed uses on the subject Property including the Resort Recreation (Central Rocky Mountain Permaculture Institute [“CRMPI”] / The Demonstration Farm and on-site camping), a Home Business, and an Accessory Dwelling Unit.
