A supportive, confidential and friendly group for people aged 50+ who have experienced mental ill health in their lives. Come for a cup of tea and a blether.

This event is part of LGBT Health and Wellbeing's Mental Wellbeing Programme.
LGBT Health & Wellbeing welcomes the entire diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, queer, intersex & asexual communities and allies.  Our services and activities are for all people aged 16+.  This includes those who are questioning their sexual orientation and/or gender identity and those who do not use labels for either.
