I have dedicated 17+ years in imparting comprehensive engineering education to a large number of students who, I believe, will shape the country’s future. According to me, teaching is an opportunity as well as responsibility to share the excitement of knowledge with curious and young minds simultaneously focusing on the learning outcomes. I approach my work with a positive energy and enthusiasm, which helps me deliver not just the right quality but also definitive results. I consider my commitment towards work and the ability to influence as my biggest strengths. I strongly believe that Discipline, integrity, work ethics & team collaboration makes an organization and individual successful. 

My passion and commitment to empower learning through technology has been recognized by Microsoft as Microsoft Innovative Educator- Expert since 2017. My vision of teaching is based on my extreme desire and commitment to prepare my learners for a rapidly changing field of information technology. And, therefore, to achieve this vision, I try to correlate the implemented solutions of various problems of computer engineering field with their real world impacts in addition to the informative and perceptive lectures. Such steps are beyond any attempts to bridge the gap between academia and industry and helpful in preparing 21st centennial students for a better future. And, therefore, my teaching philosophy aims to challenge my learners to excel their capabilities in all aspects of life while constantly exploring and implementing exciting new innovations for the betterment of society

With the belief that Certification is a great way to show legitimate competency in skill set, I have achieved “Microsoft Certified Educator” certification which validates that educators have the global educator technology literacy competencies needed to provide a rich, custom learning experience for students. With the vision to improve the quality and global relevance of engineering education as well as teaching technologies, I have earned International Engineering Educator Certification as pioneered member from prestigious Indo Universal Collaboration for Engineering Education (IUCEE).  

Key to effectively imparting knowledge is providing students with real-world examples along with proper sharing of related research outcomes, motivating them to debate what they need to learn, providing them with opportunities to follow their information. In my classroom, I use variety of techniques to motivate my students constantly which is required to convey enthusiasm for course topics while recognizing the technical and societal implications of computer science & engineering. I always try to make my classroom teaching sessions interactive by asking as well as answering various queries on the topic, encouraging discussions through visual aids and real world analogies. This will definitely enhance the students’ learning experience and in turn supporting active learning thus creating dynamic environment in any classroom. To understand and analyze different learning theories and taxonomies so that I can assess my own style of teaching and can improve upon it, while learning some good practices of Academic Quality Assurance and OBE, I have earned certification on "Outcome Based Education (OBE) & Academic Quality Assurance" recently. With the aim of integrating computational thinking into my teaching practices for step-by-step cognitive strategy, which is important for students to learn in order to become successful, I have also earned Google's Computational Thinking for Educators.

Recently, I have published two patents, and three books related to the technical courses of computer science stream are under progress. 

I also possess relevant exposure of managing events related to Curriculum Development, Research, Administration and Coordination.  As a person, I am straightforward, optimistic, enterprising, self indulgent and I always try to make things positive on first note while considering pros and cons of the situation. Love to counsel students on various studies - career pathways with solutions to realizing ones dream career.

In the future, I want to climb higher ladders of success on the back of my present knowledge and skills and become not just a better educator, but also one of leading researcher in the field of Computer Science & Technology.
