MARHACAR Driver Application
WHAT YOU DO, AS A DRIVER

MarhaCar usually runs 24 hours, on three shifts: 8am-4pm, 4pm-midnight, and midnight-8am. The midnight shift is on-call only–you can sleep, but leave your phone ringer on. (Note – we are currently running only from 9 AM – 9 PM, using drivers in two shifts : 9 AM – 3 PM, and 3 PM – 9 PM, 7 days a week).

You will be communicating with a coordinator via WhatsApp. The coordinator will be surveying a number of communication channels to see where supplies and cars are needed, and send you a route with map pins.

Your priorities are:
- Safety: drive safely and courteously, at a reasonable speed
- Driving for MarhaCar: be careful of being drawn into other situations
- Delivering supplies: delivering people is not something we do; there are other crews handling this
