⚡️ All products are 100% genuine products from IKEA's Taiwan store.

🛠 We do not offer assembly services. All IKEA products include a step-by-step assembly manual – for large furniture items, you will usually simply need a screwdriver to assemble.

💵 We will inform you one (1) day before your scheduled delivery date. If you have made a downpayment, please settle your remaining balance prior to delivery to avoid any delays.

🚛  All products are shipped straight to the customer unopened in their original packaging. For any damages or defects, you may report it to us and we can suggest remedies for repair or verify item replacement.

🗓  We deliver orders 1-2 days after we unload our shipment at our warehouse. Deliveries are scheduled per area across the country. We ask for your kind understanding for delays that may occur for reasons beyond our control (e.g. delays in Customs releasing, congestion at the Manila Port).

💌 One day before the scheduled delivery for your order, we will notify you via Facebook message/Instagram Direct. There will be no definite time of delivery, but it will be between 9am-6pm.

🗺 For deliveries to areas outside NCR, we reserve the right to select the most cost-effective courier to ship out orders. Please allow 7-21 days for orders to arrive, depending on your area.
