- FREE and unlimited transport service to/from destinations within 20 miles of the Nolanville City Court. You may bring up to one guest with you.

- FREE and unlimited family doctor visit that is virtually delivered to your home. Upon your request, a van will arrive at your home and you will have a video conference with a project-contracted family doctor using the telemedicine equipment on the van. As needed, the doctor could prescribe drugs, request lab testing, and/or refer you to a specialist. You will have to pay for drugs, lab testing, and the visit to a specialist; however, you can use ENDEAVRide’s transport service to travel to a pharmacy, lab, and a specialist’s clinic.

To qualify, you must be 18 years or older and live in the City of Nolanville. After completing the form, the project personnel will follow up with you regarding the service (can not be transferred to a third person) schedule. Residents that are 60+ years and/or with disability will be given higher priority.
