NB:
1. Incoming NAFA Diploma in Music Year 1 students do not need to submit this form, as your participation is mandatory and part of your Orientation programme.
2. All current NAFA Diploma in Music and BMus (Hons) students who are keen to participate are required to complete this form.
3. All participants are required to register at Lee Foundation Theatre Foyer in person from 12.30pm to 1pm.
4. All participants should bring along their own instruments (except for percussionists).
5. Performance attire is full black (gentlemen: black long-sleeved shirt, dress pants, socks and shoes; ladies: black blouse or dress and shoes).

Online registration for Orchestra Day 2016 has ended, and we cannot guarantee that we are able to accommodate additional players on Sunday noon. However, you may still indicate your interest to attend the concert at 8pm as an audience member.
