ORDERING PROCESS:
Step 1: Complete the online order form below;
Step 2: Make payment. We will send you an invoice and payment instructions after receiving your order; and
Step 3: Wait for a notification from us.

ESTIMATED TIMELINE (total 1-2 weeks):
Within 1-2 days we will email you the invoice and payment instructions after receiving your orders,
2-3 working days for draft artwork to reach you for approval after receiving your payment (payment receipt will be emailed),
3-4 working days for printing,
1-2 working day delivery

Please read the notes below first before ordering:
1) Email the pictures to HahaPrints@gmail.com either by zip up all images or by parts. Enter subject header based on the number of pictures sent per email. Example: Photos 01-10, Photos 11-20, Photos 21-30. For baby photo collage, please name file based on baby's monthsary, example: 1st month, 2nd month, 3rd month etc.
2) 100kb-500kb file size can be accepted (Do not email high-res photos above 1MB file size);
3) Square images preferred. Non-square images will either be cropped or re-edit with an additional black/white/blurred images frame;
4) Photos will be layout in a random manner and in no particular order;
5) If you wish to layout the photos in a certain order and choose preferred fonts, an additional fee starting from $15 will be charged (to be advised after we received your instructions via email). For this, please label your image in numeric 2-digit sequential order 01, 02, 03...;
6) 'Arial Narrow' font will be used for 50X70cm 44/48 photos or 30X30cm 32/36 photos;
7) 'Times New Roman' will be used for Baby Monthsary Poster 30X30cm 13 photos;
8) No photo editing and photo checking service provided. We are not responsible over poor quality images (blur, too dark, over exposed, pixelated etc.) or duplicates that are submitted to us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Production will start when full payment is received.
2. Proofreading service is not provided. We will not be held responsible over misspelling of names/ any other text content.
3. There will be a charge of $5/edit/round of revision if you require editing of the text/ change of pictures after draft artwork has been emailed to you. Therefore, please check your order submission to ensure accuracy.
4. Design revision will not be provided unless the design/layout flaws are caused by us.
5. We will layout the artwork using our chosen font/s. If you wish to choose other font/s or change text content that is different from our existing designs, an additional custom design fee (from $15) will be charged.
6. Price is fixed.
7. Estimated production time is 1-2 weeks. If you require express service, there will be a charge from $20.
8. Reselling is not allowed without prior discussion with and approval from us.
9. Re-production of our work is not allowed.
10. There will be additional $10 charge for delivery and handling. Pick-up arrangement is not available. Re-delivery is chargeable at $10.
11. Draft artwork will be provided to you for approval before printing.
12. Our company name and contact info will be printed on all our artwork as part of our branding and advertising initiative. If you wish to have it removed, there will be a fee of $15.
13. For other special order/ customization requests, please email us.
14. All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement.
