​WELCOME to the Occoneechee Women's Golf League!

​

The Occoneechee Women’s League (OWL) was formed in 1996 and has grown to a group of approximately 40 women of all ages and skill levels. We are a welcoming group who enjoy the game of golf and the company of each other.

 

We play at Occoneechee Golf Club on Thursday mornings year-round (weather permitting).  In addition to weekly play, we often incorporate side games for a little friendly competition.  We also hold several tournaments during the season.  When possible, we organize golf clinics taught by Jim Schwab, Club Professional, as well as social activities such as lunches and end-of-season awards presentation.
